Be a resource is now looking for an engaged and service-oriented receptionist for our pool of substitutes on behalf of a client.

This position is suitable for those who want a part-time job alongside their studies, therefore distance learning is preferred!

About the position

The client has its headquarters in western Stockholm but has several offices around Stockholm, so the workplace may vary depending on needs.

Your main tasks

• Welcoming customers and registration.
• Answering calls and responding to emails.
• Administrative tasks and documentation.
• Assisting customers with inquiries and being a problem solver.

Who are you?

We prefer that you are cheerful, service-oriented, and professional. You enjoy working in a structured manner and are organized in your approach. Furthermore, you should be meticulous and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also be able to handle stress and know which tasks should be prioritized for efficient work.

Requirements for the position:

To apply for the position, you need to be a distance student (preferably 100%) or about to start studying.

You need to be flexible and able to step in at short notice.

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. English spoken.

Previous experience working in a reception is an advantage.
